About this event

Join League members for a gathering to socialize and learn together in a casual setting.

At this summer Drinks and Dialogue, two community members with background on this topic will help enlighten us: Abby Scott, Bloomington City Council member and State Farm data scientist/model architect, and Michael Brown, Ecology Action Center executive director. They will share information about how Generative AI works, and the implications of data centers to the environment, economy, and more.

Social time will be from 5:30 - 6:00, with group conversation beginning at 6:00 PM.

League members and members of the community are welcome.

Reservations are not required, but we appreciate an RSVP to help with planning.

There is no fee to attend, but participants will pay for their own beverages and any food ordered.

Questions? Contact Camille Taylor, event facilitator, at info@lwvmclean.org.
