Drinks & Dialogue: Reentry: Successes and Challenges

About this event

Join League members for a gathering to socialize and learn together in a casual setting.

Re-entry after incarceration is unique to each person. Come to the April 16th Drinks and Dialogue to learn more about both the successes and challenges formerly incarcerated people experience.

Dialogue facilitators will be Kara Powell, Director of Labyrinth Services YWCA, Vera Traver, Program Coordinator, and Shay Tolise, Labyrinth Made Goods Coordinator.  The Labyrinth Outreach Services offers women a supportive reintegration.

Social time will be from 5:30 - 6:00, with group conversation beginning at 6:00 PM.

League members and members of the community are welcome.

Reservations are not required, but we appreciate an RSVP to help with planning.

There is no fee to attend, but participants will pay for their own beverages and any food ordered.

Questions? Contact Camille Taylor, event facilitator, at info@lwvmclean.org.
